A Free Guided Meditation for Caregivers

A few quiet minutes, just for you. No app, no signup required to listen — press play whenever you need to set something down.

Taking the keys away · a calming meditation

Caregiving asks so much of you, and it’s easy to go a whole day without a single breath that’s truly your own. This short meditation is a place to pause — to relax your body, settle your mind, and remember that you matter too.

Find a comfortable spot, let your shoulders drop, and give yourself permission to do nothing for a few minutes. There’s no wrong way to do this.

If you find this helpful, our full library inside Day to Day Dementia includes guided meditations for each stage of the journey — including ones for the hardest days and for grief.

A gentle note. This meditation is for relaxation and emotional support. It is not therapy or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

You are not alone in this.

Day to Day Dementia is a lifetime-membership platform for family caregivers — stage-specific community, guided meditations, and plain-language education.
