Refund Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026 · Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid memberships and purchases from Day to Day Dementia, operated by Day to Day Dementia, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want you to feel confident joining, so we offer a straightforward 60-day money-back guarantee.

1. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase and we'll refund what you paid. No need to prove you used it or explain why — though we always welcome feedback so we can improve.

The 60-day period begins on the date of your purchase. The guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a Day to Day Dementia membership.

2. How to request a refund

Email anthony@daytodaydementia.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request." Please include the name on the account and, if you have it, your order or receipt number. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

3. How and when refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our third-party payment processor. Once we process a refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We refund the amount you paid; any third-party transaction fees are handled per the processor's terms.

When a refund is issued, your access to paid membership content and the member community ends.

4. What is and isn't covered

Covered: your initial membership purchase, within the 60-day window.

Not covered (except where required by law):

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Founding-member & promotional purchases

Founding-member and promotional pricing is still covered by the 60-day guarantee unless we clearly state otherwise at the time of purchase. Any additional conditions for a specific promotion will be shown at checkout and will control where they conflict with this general policy.

6. Lifetime memberships

"Lifetime access," where offered, is covered by the same 60-day guarantee on your initial purchase. After 60 days, lifetime memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. As described in our Terms of Service, "lifetime" means access for the operational lifetime of the Day to Day Dementia service and does not guarantee perpetual access if the service is discontinued.

7. Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us right away. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors, including outside the 60-day window.

8. Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and we honor the guarantee above. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to respond to disputes with documentation of the purchase and this policy, and to decline future service to accounts that abuse the chargeback process. This section does not limit your legal rights.

9. Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. For one-time or lifetime purchases there is no recurring billing to cancel. If a recurring (subscription) plan is offered in the future, you will be able to cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and does not by itself trigger a refund of amounts already paid except as provided above or required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
