If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or visit your nearest emergency room. Day to Day Dementia is a peer-support and education community — not a crisis resource.
Free printables

The things worth having on paper.

Logs, checklists and kits built for the moments when nobody can think straight — a tour, a hospital admission, a call with a doctor who has eleven minutes.

Every one of these came out of a question somebody actually asked. They are free, they are designed to be printed and written on, and you are welcome to hand them to anybody who needs them — including staff at a facility.

One email, and the whole set opens below. I will also mail you the links so you can find them again later, and tell you when a new one lands. Nothing else.

Peer support and education, not medical, legal or veterinary advice. These are tools for recording and organizing what you are seeing so a clinician can act on it. They do not replace advice from the people treating the person you care for.
