She would run out of lives and sit there, waiting to be allowed to play again.

My wife had Alzheimer's, and a match-three game was one of the last things she could still do on her own. Then it would stop and show her a countdown. I'm a mobile app engineer, so I built her one that never stops. No lives, no timers, no ads, no purchases, no account, and no way to lose.

Her name was Lori. I started this for her and finished it for you.

It is always your turn

There are no lives to run out of and no timer counting down to your next go. If the board runs out of moves, it quietly reshuffles itself and you carry on. There is no game-over screen in the app, it is endless play.

Most games get harder. This one gets gentler if you want it to.

One control changes everything at once

Colors, piece size, and how forgiving the board is, all on a single setting. Change it whenever you like, in either direction.

  • Full Bloom — the whole garden, all five colors.
  • Easy Breeze — a calmer board with more room to breathe.
  • Open Sky — three colors, the biggest pieces, and shapes as well as colors, so the pieces can be told apart without relying on color vision.
The settings screen. Comfort offers three choices — Full Bloom, Easy Breeze, and Open Sky — with Open Sky selected. Below it are toggles for playing through the night, speed, hints, vibration, and sound.
One setting near the top, and everything else on one screen.
The same game on Open Sky: large red circles, blue squares, and yellow triangles on a four-wide board, each shape outlined in heavy black.
The same game on Open Sky. Three colors, and three shapes, so nothing depends on telling red from green.

A day that always finishes

A sun crosses the top of the board to show how far through the day you are, and the sky moves with it. Evening comes, then night, then morning. There are seasons, and a moon that keeps its phase.

Nothing is lost overnight and nothing expires. The day finishes however slowly you play, and the day counter only ever goes up.

Nothing to fail at

There is no score on screen. The game shows how many matches you have collected and which day you are on. That is all it keeps track of, and neither number can go down.

A full board of flower pieces mid-cascade, with the sun partway across the top of the screen. The only numbers on screen read 289 matches collected, day 4.
Flowers, flat shapes, gems, or candy — four piece sets ship with the game.

The music is played by the game

Turn the music on and the sound effects step aside. Your matches become the notes, cascades become phrases, and the tempo follows how you are playing. It is generated as you go, so it is never a loop and never quite the same twice.

Made for the person, not the metric

Large pieces and generous touch targets. A gentle hint if the board sits untouched, once, never a nag. Haptics that can be turned off. Everything one tap away from the board.

No account, no sign-in, no network requests, and no analytics. The game carries Apple's Data Not Collected privacy label, which almost nothing in this category can say.

It is free. Nothing is sold inside it, and nothing is unlocked by paying.
