Pricing & access
How much does Day to Day Dementia cost?
It's a one-time, lifetime payment — no subscription. Founding members (the first 250) pay $149 USD; after that, membership is $179 USD. You pay once and keep access for life, including all future content. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Why do founding members get a discount?
Because the first 250 members are doing more than joining — they're helping to build the community. Founding members seed the message forums with the first real conversations, help establish the cadence and format of the weekly support calls, and their feedback directly shapes how the community organizes — from subgroups to what we build next. The lower price recognizes that early contribution.
Why a one-time payment instead of a subscription?
Caregivers are decision-fatigued, and the dementia journey itself is finite. We don't want you managing a monthly bill on top of everything else — especially during bereavement, when you may want continued community access without paying through the hardest months.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — a 60-day money-back guarantee. If Day to Day Dementia isn't right for you, email us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Full details are in our refund policy.
Is this available outside the United States?
Yes. The platform is launching in English globally. Spanish-language content is on the roadmap for the year following launch. We also plan to introduce purchasing-power-parity pricing for lower-income markets.
Do I need to buy the book to use the membership?
No. The membership stands on its own. Seven Stages of Dementia is a companion you can read alongside it, but it isn't required to get full value from your membership.
What's inside
What's included in a membership?
Three things: a moderated community with weekly live support calls and stage-specific subgroups; a library of 45 original guided meditations mapped to the seven stages and to hard moments like sundowning and grief; and The Compass — plain-language stage primers, decision checklists, and downloadable guides. Plus lifetime access to everything we add over time.
Who created the meditations?
Original meditations are written and recorded by a credentialed meditation expert with experience in caregiver and grief populations. Scripts are co-developed with the founder and reviewed by our clinical advisor for accuracy. We are not licensing third-party tracks from generic wellness apps.
Can I use this if my loved one isn't formally diagnosed yet?
Yes. The early stages cover the period before diagnosis — when you suspect something is wrong but aren't sure, and need help thinking it through and preparing for clinical conversations.
What if my loved one has already passed?
The community continues to be valuable through bereavement. Stage 7 content explicitly addresses life after loss, and you retain lifetime access regardless of where you are in the journey.
Safety & the fine print
Is this medical advice?
No. Day to Day Dementia is a peer support and education community. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or crisis advice. Our clinical advisor reviews content for accuracy of language about the disease, but you should always work with your loved one's care team for medical decisions. See our medical disclaimer.
How do I know it's safe to share something personal?
Members can post anonymously. The community is moderated by a trained community manager, we display crisis-line information persistently, and clinical concerns are escalated to our advisor. We are GDPR-compliant for European members and operate to a HIPAA-aware standard even though we are not a covered entity. See our privacy policy and community guidelines.
Ready when you are.
Founding membership is $149, one-time, for the first 250 members who help us seed the forums and set the rhythm of the weekly calls. Lifetime access to community, meditations, and guidance.
See pricing & joinA gentle note. Day to Day Dementia offers peer support and companionship — not medical, psychiatric, or crisis care. This page is general information, not a substitute for advice from a doctor or care professional who knows the full situation. Always involve your loved one's care team in medical and care decisions.
